Last night, I celebrated my good friend Yui's birthday. At her request, we headed to Kimukatsu, a restaurant known for their mille-feauille- style tonkatsu. It was SO good - nice and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Afterwards we had dessert at Takano Fruit Parlor, where we had a mixed fruit waffle plate. I felt my life was complete right there... It seemed like my friend was enjoying herself, which made me happier :) Happy Birthday, Yui!
Before this celebratory dinner, I had an amazing opportunity to work for a famous designer... but more about that later. Have a great rest of the week!
